Inter Milan have an offer for Valencia midfielder Ever Banega.
The €9 million offer is understood to have been rejected by the Spanish club as too low.
However, Inter are set to make an improved offer for the player.
Inter, who are reportedly close to netting Ricky Alvarez from Velez Sarsfield, are admirers of the 23-year-old.
