Inter Milan striker Diego Milito has thanked fans for their support after he was snubbed for this year's Ballon d'Or.
Inter President Massimo Moratti claims Milito made his side win a historic treble and can't understand the snub.
"I would like to once again thank everyone who publicly and privately have made me feel their affection," Milito told ANSA.
The 31-year-old is expected to release a more detailed statement on Inter's official website later today.
