Inter Milan striker Diego Milito is on his way back.

Milito played 45 minutes for the Inter Primavera youth team yesterday afternoon, his first official game since suffering a knee injury in February.

"The worst is behind me," he told Inter Channel.

"I am happy to have played with these lads and I'm finding the match tempo. The fans are my strength and I hope all will go well for the team this year."
