Inter Milan striker Diego Milito admits he's excited to be linked with Real Madrid.

Milito struck both goals in last night's Champions League triumph over Bayern Munich.

On being linked with Real, Milito said: "It was strange to read that and I honestly knew nothing about it.

"I am the first to be surprised. I have heard no news about that from my agent, Fernando Hidalgo.

"However, it is an incredible joy to see that Real want me and to appear on the front page of AS."
