Inter Milan striker Diego Milito is confident making this weekend's showdown with Juventus.
Milito picked up a minor thigh strain during Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Roma and missed last night's Champions League win over Werder Bremen.
"I am fine and I'm improving," the Argentine told Sky Sport Italia before kick-off.
"We preferred not to risk it, as too little time has passed from the injury on Saturday.
"I am confident of playing against Juventus this weekend."
