The agent of Inter Milan star Samuel Eto'o expects Anzhi to up their bid on Monday.
The talks resumed yesterday with several meetings in and around the Nerazzurri headquarters in Milan.
"The negotiations have concluded," FIFA agent and mediator Tirri told Sky Sport Italia.
"We expect and increased offer before Monday."
Inter hope to receive around 29m for the Cameroon international, whereas so far Anzhi are offering in the region of 24m.
