Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti feels victory over Fiorentina has returned some normalcy to their campaign.
The Beneamata are now third in the table after four wins and two losses in six games.
"The League table is starting to look the way it should do now and we'll push on," the captain told Inter Channel.
"We're in the mix now, we're aware of our strengths and ready to keep battling.
"It was about getting the win and I think we were particularly good in the first period," he added. "We could have gone in with our noses further in front.
"I don't think we sat back to defend in the second half. In fact, we were looking to get forward at every opportunity.
"Milan are next in Serie A and they'll face an Inter side who are really up for it."
