Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti has slammed the fine handed to Roma captain Francesco Totti for his derby 'thumbs down' gesture.

Zanetti pointed to the ban Inter coach Jose Mourinho received over his 'handcuffs' sign earlier this season.
