Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti says Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the man to decide tomorrow's Milan derby.

"Considering the form he is in at the moment, Ibrahimovic can certainly be our extra weapon," said the Argentine.

"As for the Rossoneri, I think Kaka is the player who can make the difference at any time for his side."

The Nerazzurri have won three out of the last four derby games and hope to extend that run along with their status as sole Serie A leaders.

"It is a game everyone feels very keenly. I think that playing in a derby with the stadium packed to the rafters is a marvellous thing.

"It's also special because a win or a defeat will have a major knock-on effect. If you win it in a positive fashion, it gives you a very important push for the matches ahead."
