Inter Milan signing Yann M'Vila has played down his controversial reputation.
M'Vila signed for Inter last week from Rubin Kazan.
"The rumours of my behaviour were spread by French journalists. Perhaps I was bad in the past, but now everything is behind me and I have changed.
"I knew training would be tough and I've experienced it now, but I can say that if all this hard work gets good results then I can only be happy with it. I'm also on a special diet now, so after the US tour I should be ready and in great shape.
"I won't disguise that on a tactical level I like to play in front of the defence, but that's not my only position, so I'll adapt to the choices and to my teammates. I haven't spoken to the Coach about that yet."
