The Sun suggests that the Nerazzurri are looking to bring in a potential replacement for Nemanja Vidic who is reportedly unhappy under Roberto Mancini despite comments of the contrary from his agent.
Denmark international Okore, 22, joined Villa from Nordsjaelland in the summer of 2013 and has impressed whenever he has not been on the sidelines with injury.
Okore, contracted until June 2017, has made 18 Premier League appearances for the Villans this term and his presence recently has coincided with Tim Sherwood's side winning three of their past four outings in all competitions.
