Marko Arnautovic faces being sent back by Inter Milan to parent club FC Twente in January. The young Austrian centre-forward signed on a six-month loan with Inter carrying a foot injury, but hasn't done enough to convince coach Jose Mourinho's that he's a long-term prospect.

Sportmediaset says Mourinho has concerns over the lack of self-belief Arnautovic has shown in training and also the extra kilos he's stacked on due to his foot injury.
