Inter Milan are eyeing Lazio midfield schemer Hernanes as a replacement for Wesley Sneijder. Sneijder is expected to move to England before the summer market shuts, with Manchester United and Manchester City battling for his services.
Mediaset says Inter are now casting their net to find a replacement and have already opened co-ownership talks with Genoa for Juraj Kucka.
However, Hernanes is also under consideration at Inter after his outstanding first season in Europe.
The former Sao Paulo ace is expected to build on last term and be even more influential this season - and Inter see him as the ideal successor for the unsettled Sneijder.
