The agent of Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar says there is serious interest from Tottenham.
The Brazilian custodian has departed the Nerazzurri after seven years following the arrival of Samir Handanovic from Udinese at the San Siro and could soon be on his way to North London with Spurs showing curiosity.
Cesar's representative, Josias Cardoso, told Tuttosport that Tottenham are indeed sniffing around but said at this stage there was nothing concrete.
"Now he remains at Inter, he doesn't want to go to Brazil and the market has just closed there," Cardoso said regarding the possibility of Cesar heading home.
"Some clubs indeed contacted us, but we asked them to contact Inter, the club that own his rights. There is nothing certain yet.
"There are talks with Tottenham, but the English club has not yet made official steps."
