Inter Milan striker Samuel Eto'o thanked Barcelona fans for the reception he received upon his return to the Nou Camp last night.
Barca proved too strong in the Champions League clash, winning 2-0.
Eto'o said afterwards: "It's a special evening, both fans and teammates have made me feel a genuine affection, made me feel at home.
"However the coach was right, the difference between Inter and Barca we have seen, they did get the ball and we ran after him.
"Scoring is important to me, I hope to do so soon in the Champions League, maybe against Rubin Kazan it would be nice to score a decisive goal.
"What is lacking at this Inter compared to Barcelona? The ambition, the desire to achieve certain goals, and I say that soon we'll find this mentality."
