Tottenham have failed with a bid for Inter Milan midfielder Fredy Guarin.

Guarin played for Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas at Porto and has been watched by scouts this past season.

Sky Italia says Spurs offered €20 million for the midfielder yesterday, which was quickly turned down by the Nerazzurri.
