Inter Milan have rejected an offer from Liverpool for Philippe Coutinho.
The Guardian says Liverpool have come forward with an £8m bid for Coutinho, though it has been turned down.
He has already attracted attention from the Premier League with Aston Villa and Southampton seeing their proposals rebuffed.
