Inter Milan may send midfielder Philippe Coutinho away on-loan in January.

The young Brazilian has spent much of this season in the stands and is desperate for regular football.

Germany's Nurnberg has expressed interest in Coutinho who could be available in January on a temporary deal.

Much will depend, however, on the fitness and future of Wesley Sneijder.
