Inter Milan have received an injury boost with Dejan Stankovic's ankle strain not as serious as first suspected.

Scans yesterday showed the midfielder had sprained his ankle - and not broken it as originally feared. While there is no estimated recovery time yet, the ex-Lazio man should be back in action within weeks rather than months.
