Inter Milan are pushing to sign Igor Lichnovsky from Universidad de Chile this summer.

The young defender has been a long-term target for Inter and Chelsea, with the Nerazzurri now bringing forward plans to take the youngster to Italy.

La Tercera says 'U' are reluctant to part with Lichnovsky, but will sell for the right price.

Inter remain favourites for Lichnovsky ahead of fresh competition from Juventus and Bayer Leverkusen.
