Inter Milan president Erick Thohir insists coach Walter Mazzarri has his full backing.
There have been reports of Inter being in contact with Ajax coach Frank de Boer in the past week.
"Mazzarri is a great professional and an excellent Coach. I trust Mazzarri and so does the whole management," Thohir told Adn-Kronos news agency.
"He has the utmost respect of the club and players. This, along with his competence, makes him the right man in the right place.
"His project at Inter has just begun and together we will define the next steps to bring this team towards important objectives.
"I have not, and neither have any of my staff, contacted any other Coaches. We don't see the need."
