Inter Milan president Moratti: West Ham's Tevez on radar

Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has confirmed they're interested in West Ham striker Carlos Tevez.

"It's true, we really like the player," Moratti said yesterday of the Argentinian forward. "He has the qualities and the character we need."

Internazionale, the Italian champions, could have money to invest from the likely departures of the forwards Alvaro Recoba and Adriano. According to reports in Italy, the club could be ready to offer a £25m deal and have already talked with Tevez's representative, Kia Joorabchian.
