Inter president Massimo Moratti would love to bring Evra back to Italy, where he had a spell with Monza early in his career.
The European champs have concerns over their fullback positions and the prospect of landing Evra for €15 million is too good an opportunity for Moratti not to get involved in.
Real Madrid are also interested in the Frenchman.
