Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti is waiting for Roberto Mancini to come off the payroll.

Mancini has been linked with Fulham and Juventus in the last week, but remains on Inter's books after his dismissal at the end of last season.

"Unlocking the contract? It depends a lot on him. Let's see what happens," said Moratti.
