Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has unveiled they're summer market plans.
Moratti admits Juventus midfielder Felipe Melo is under consideration, while he's keen to see Vasco da Gama prospect Philippe Coutinho in Inter's colours.
He said: "We want to win it all again.
"Diego Milito will not move. Maicon? Let's see.
"(Liverpool midfielder) Javier Mascherano? He's strong, but expensive. Felipe Melo is a hypothesis that intrigues us.
"Coutinho is our bargain and really a phenomenon.
"Mario Balotelli is our future, we'll begin again with him."
