Inter Milan president Moratti rejects Juventus demands to revoke 2006 Scudetto

Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has dismissed calls to revoke their 2006 Scudetto.

Both the 2004-05 and 2005-06 seasons were won by Juventus, but stripped in the Calciopoli scandal.

The Bianconeri claim new evidence has come to light in the recent civil trial that suggests Inter also attempted to influence referees.

According to La Stampa newspaper, Moratti has set out plans to give up the Presidency of Inter and hand the reins to his son if the 2006 title is revoked.

"I will not even consider the possibility of such a thing happening," he replied.
