Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti is prepared to sell up to Erick Thohir.

The Indonesian billionaire is willing to buy Inter, lock, stock and barrel - and Moratti is open to the idea.

However, Gazzetta dello Sport says Moratti, out of obligation to fans, won't sell until his concerns over Thohir's commitment is satisfied.

He wants assurances over Thohir's financial commitment for the long-term, the sustainability of his project and finally the development of land adjacent to the San Siro.
