Inter Milan president Moratti: No decision yet on Ranieri

Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has hinted he's willing to stick with coach Claudio Ranieri. The defeat at Napoli was their fifth straight loss in all competitions under Ranieri.

"We're thinking about things," Moratti stated outside of his Milan offices on Monday. "We'll see what to do.

"I'll also speak with Ranieri as I haven't talked to him yet and then we'll consider what to do."

Ranieri is reportedly close to the sack, but the oil baron insisted that he could keep faith with the man who replaced Gian Piero Gasperini in September.

"I think we can get out of this with Ranieri," he added. "However, I want to understand his mood and that of the players.

"I spoke to him the other day and it seemed as if the side were improving from a psychological point of view, but sometimes that is not enough."
