Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti wants to explore the availability of Sergio Aguero at Atletico Madrid.

Moratti has never hidden his admiration for Argentine football and is convinced Aguero can match the success of Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi.

Controcampo says Moratti will have sports director Marco Branca schedule a meeting with Atletico chiefs next week in Madrid to discuss Aguero's situation.

Branca is travelling to Madrid with the prime objective of opening formal negotiations with Real Madrid for midfielder Mahamadou Diarra.
