Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti says no-one is panicking after giving up the Serie A leadership to Roma.
The Giallorossi leapfrogged over Inter Milan after victory against Atalanta on Sunday.
"Roma deserve their lead because they did well yesterday and have had a notable continuity in the second half of the season," Moratti said.
"I have the sensation that the last game will be decisive."
When asked if Milan are out of the title race, he replied: "No, three or four points are few. It's all open even for Milan.
"It's very interesting for you, not so much for us. Anyway, it's not a question of concentration. We need to do what the team has always done.
"I am not prepared to swap the Scudetto for the Champions League."
