Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti says the club's sale to Erick Thohir is only days away.
Moratti insists only "small factors" need to be settled for the Indonesian billionaire to take control.
"We reviewed last year's budget. Then there was a chat with my advisers, but there was nothing new. Signatures? We cannot be far away, but until there are signatures I cannot offer or say anything else.
"Nor is there much change in terms of management of the club.
"Could they arrive this week? Perhaps, but it depends on many small factors."
