Inter Milan president Moratti: I want Barcelona's Messi

Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti admits he wants to sign Barcelona star Lionel Messi.

"The player I would like most in my side is Leo Messi," Moratti told Ole.

"For a long time I've had a weakness for him and he is the player I find most entertaining in all the world. However, according to what I hear, Barcelona will not sell him, so for me he remains a dream."

Messi would be at home at Inter, where the team is already packed with Argentina internationals.

"Javier Zanetti is the perfect captain. Nicolas Andre Burdisso has the character of great defenders. Esteban Cambiasso is a player who can do anything.

"Hernan Crespo is an incredible hitman, Julio Cruz is always useful and Santiago Solari is a lovely person who is always decisive when he steps on the field."
