Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has big hopes ahead of the derby.
Inter will leapfrog Serie A leaders AC Milan with victory this weekend.
Moratti said: "Derby wins are all great, but I like to remember last year's 4-0 win when Inter were perfect.
"It will be an important game in which we want to do well, but the season is long and it certainly won't finish after the derby.
"The derby is always a special game. Inter fans care a lot about the matches against Juventus but the derby is the derby and it gives us many great memories.
"Winning it is always a pleasure. It seems that the tradition of recent years is positive too, or am I mistaken?"
