Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has announced Douglas Maicon is joining Manchester City. Maicon is expected to complete his transfer to Manchester City for 4m tomorrow.
Julio Cesar has also left for QPR and Moratti declared: "I already saluted them both. It is sad to see them go, but also a motivation for them to do well elsewhere.
"We care about them and Inter will always be home to Maicon and Julio Cesar."
