Inter Milan have made a bid for Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
Inter president Massimo Moratti has confirmed that he has now lodged a 25million offer for the Argentine.
"There are no secrets in football," Moratti told Controcampo.
"The offer is 25m. Now it is up to City whether they accept that bid or not."
