Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has major concerns over his injury-hit squad ahead of the Milan derby.
Inter suffered more setbacks in their 1-1 draw with Brescia on Saturday.
"It was an unlucky match in terms of injuries, but these things can happen," said the patron.
"It becomes difficult for the side to face a match psychologically when you see so many setbacks.
"Samuel was stretchered away and hurt himself in such a nasty way, while Maicon went off early on and then Sneijder wasn't well.
"All this can start to create a difficult atmosphere, but I think the lads played with a lot of hunger and determination.
"It was very difficult to win, as quite rightly Brescia were all sitting back in defence, so there was no space for us."
