Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti launched a furious attack on the match officials after defeat to Atalanta.
The patron was furious after a 3-1 lead was transformed by a German Denis hat-trick in 12 minutes.
"My only comment is on the penalty," snapped Moratti. "A penalty like this changes a game. It is unjust, because all this makes a team feel it has no respect.
"I think it has been 21 Serie A rounds since we received a penalty in our favour. Statistically that seems pretty impossible that we haven't had any fouls on our players in half a season.
"I no longer believe in the good faith of the referees."
