Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti regrets not moving for Napoli striker Edinson Cavani.
Cavani is now Serie A's top scorer and added three to his tally on Sunday night with a hat-trick against Juventus.
"There is always regret when a player you have followed for years does well," Moratti sighed.
Inter had been tracking Cavani since his first days with Palermo.
