Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti admits Leonardo could take the PSG job today. There were reports last night that Leo was planning to break his Inter contract and move to France.
"It may well be all smoke and no fire and things could stay exactly as they are," Moratti told Sky Sport Italia.
The Inter President made very different statements earlier this afternoon when news filtered through that his Coach was in advanced talks to take over as director of sport at Paris Saint-Germain.
"The career of a Coach is something he went into with passion, but it was not really his plan for the future.
"It's therefore only right that he should follow his dream and what really makes him happy. It is a job that is more suited to his personality.
"Leonardo was entirely fair and told us about the situation. It seemed right for me to push him towards this option."
