Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti is prepared to buy in January.

Moratti accepts coach Claudio Ranieri's squad does need strengthening.

"I'm satisfied with the improvements in the team and in our League position," the President told Sky Sport Italia. "The players are re-finding themselves.

"The squad is sufficiently big enough right now, but I'll look to meet the needs of Coach Claudio Ranieri."
