Inter Milan are closing in on a Lazio striker Goran Pandev.

Milan sources say Inter are set to launch a January bid for the Macedonia international, who has been frozen out at Lazio over a contract dispute.

A bid of £8 million is being prepared, which will include the loan of a player, which may include David Suazo.
