Inter Milan are ready to make a shock swap offer for Southampton striker Dani Osvaldo.
The Daily Mail says Inter will try once more to prise Osvaldo away from Southampton, offering Fredy Guarin as part of the deal.
Despite denying interest in Osvaldo the Italians remain keen on the 27-year-old who has struggled to settle after leaving Roma in the summer.
Guarin has been offered to Chelsea and a £12.5million transfer was discussed for the Colombian. Demba Ba was also mentioned as a makeweight but Inter would prefer Osvaldo.
