Inter Milan's preparations for their Champions League clash with Chelsea have been hit hard by the unavailability of goalkeeper Julio Cesar.

The Brazil international was apparently involved in an incident while driving his Lamborghini around San Siro on Sunday night.

A friend drove him to Inter's training ground in the morning where the medical staff advised him to rest.
