Inter Milan have negotiated a new option inside Mauro Icardi's current contract.
The Nerazzurri captain's deal runs to 2021 and carries a buyout clause of €110m.
However, the escape option is available for renegotiation every July from now until the agreement's expiry date.
Inter came up with the solution, aware of the growing interest in the Argentine.
Just yesterday, Real Madrid emerged as a potential suitor for Icardi, who has kicked off the season in superb goalscoring form.
