Inter Milan midfielder Fredy Guarin is keen on a move to Chelsea.
Manchester United and Tottenham have also registered their interest in the 27-year-old Colombia international, sys the Sunday Express.
But Chelsea have leapt to the front of the queue, with negotiations over a £15million deal believed to be at an advanced stage.
It is also believed that Guarin, who moved to Italy from Porto for £10m, favours a Premier League club.
