Inter Milan have been linked with a bid for Standard Liege midfielder Axel Witsel.
It's emerged that Standard chairman Luciano D'Onofrio rejected a £16 million offer for the Belgium international last week.
The name of the interested club hasn't been revealed, but Inter, Manchester United and Arsenal have been mentioned.
