Inter Milan legend Beppe Bergomi believes selling Zlatan Ibrahimovic this summer could help the club in their Champions League quest.
Bergomi explained: "Inter would lose the strongest player of our league. But we'd have to know who would come in his place, perhaps this would serve to find a different player that gives us the speed and imagination, which in Europe this team lacks.
"Of course, if he remains, Inter surely will win the championship for another two years."
Bergomi also rates Ibrahimovic ahead of former AC Milan and now Real Madrid midfielder Kaka.
"Certainly, in the sense that he is more dominant. The Italian defenders are terrorized by him, a striker who thrives on bullying, and if he fails to score, the space he creates allows his teammates to do so."
But he added: "In Europe, and consequently with his national team, he meets as big an opponents as himself which in this way can oppose and stop his play."
