Inter Milan keen to discuss Materazzi swap for Tottenham's Modric
Inter Milan are encouraging Tottenham to revive their interest for defender Marco Materazzi.
Spurs sounded out Inter about the veteran's availability during the January market and Italian sources say they're being encouraged to try again.
Inter want to use Tottenham's interest in Materazzi to open talks about a swap deal involving midfielder Luka Modric.
While Inter coach Jose Mourinho has admitted admiration for Jermaine Jenas, Modric is now emerging as a top summer target for the Serie A leaders.

Modric leads the league in assists and dominates against big teams. Man of Match vs Man Utd in the Carling Cup final and scored on them in the PL (he absolutely destroyed Rafael), he's the only man to take down Chelsea in the Premier League under Hiddink and was the best player when Tottenham beat Liverpool. He couldve scored vs Arsenal in the 90th, but he still had a huge impact in that game.
This kid is already a monster at such a young age, he will be leaving to a powerhouse club very soon.
