Inter Milan have been encouraged to bid for Werder Bremen attacker Marko Marin.

The Germany international is under consideration at Inter as an alternative to Manchester City rebel Carlos Tevez.

"We are ready to consider a good offer, should he attract one," Werder chief Klaus Allofs told BILD.

Marin has also been a long-term target for Liverpool and Arsenal.
