Inter Milan have suffered an injury scare to goalkeeper Julio Cesar.
The Brazil keeper limped off at the 74th minute of a friendly against Costa Rica with a thigh problem.
"I spoke to Coach Mano Menezes and with good common sense we decided Julio Cesar is free to return to Inter," Brazil chief medic Jose Luiz Runco told FcInterNews.
"In the past he had already suffered a similar injury, so in order to ensure it doesn't deteriorate, we consider it best he continues treatment in Milan.
"Julio Cesar will need to rest for at least a week."
